Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Halethorpe

I would give this place a zero if I could. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla, expecting a fully loaded dish for my $10.00. Instead, I received a single tortilla folded in half with just a tiny bit of chicken and a slice of cheese. I could have made a better grilled cheese sandwich at home for free! They should be embarrassed for taking advantage of customers like this. The fancy bag was the only impressive part, but I’m not here to eat paper.

The Mexican guy that works here he's the manager he's just so rude he always makes things wrong never gets what are correct. then catches an attitude and cuss you out. unprofessional. don't see how he's in charge. caught him digging in his a Then making someone food thank god that day i only had a smoothie. i use to eat and get smoothies here every day 2 times a day for my family I not anymore they lost 80 dollars a day from me bc of him.

Wow. I was just told by the manager/lead, DONT EVER COME BACK. ALL BECAUSE, I REFUSE TO ACCEPT A SMOOTHIE I DIDN'T ORDERED. If you don't have or out of certain fruits/ produces, say something rather than making something you think will work. I refuse the smoothies and ask for a REFUND, and was toll DONT EVER COME BACK. The cashier was originally started the refund process than the manager/lead wasn't having it. He was upset. Asking the cashier over n over what I ordered. She explained, then he said. Don't ever COME BACK.
