Drive thru line does get annoyingly long but that is because I do believe they only have maybe 2 employees max working at any given time and as it is only a drive thru or walk up location, that can get really busy and hard to keep up with especially seeing as they're right across from the MARC station and likely have rushes of people going to and from the trains at peak commute times. But the people they have employed here are good, they're personable, they do their best with what they're given, and ultimately a lot of the shortcomings of this location fall on upper management and corporate, not them. The food and coffee is what you'd expect from a fast food coffee place no one's gonna be writing home about it, but it gets the job done.
