They served a person in front of me and then just walked away and shut the window on me when trying to order..If this type of behavior keeps up this location should shut down.Needless to say you had four young ladies who were working on one drink and talking and one guy who was not paying attention at all .It's time for the owner of the store to shake up their staff.I was not able to purchase anything.

If he isn’t rushing you on the order speaker,... read more I’ve had enough of this location today!! The guy who works the window who wears a backwards baseball cap is awful! If he isn’t rushing you on the order speaker, he’s basically throwing your food and coffee out the window at you. Last week, he gave me the wrong donuts. I noticed before I drove off, he gave me the correct ones but let me keep the wrong one. He tried to hand me an iced coffee when I ordered hot coffee and a bagel. Today, he mumbled and rushed me at the speaker that I had no idea what he said or if he heard me. I just went to the window and said I don’t even know if you heard me. He said what did you want. I said medium hot coffee and a bagel with cream cheese on the side. He gives that to me and I get home and it has the cream cheese on it. So freaking annoying! I’m not ordering multiple things that are confusing! And I’m not even going at peak time for that area! I’m usually there between 8:30 and 9am. The staff has never been the best, but he is the one who broke me today. Wilkens ave here I come!

They forget syrups when any cream cold brew... read more I have been going to this Dunkin? Donuts since they opened. Their quality is not consistent and it is getting worse. They forget syrups when any cream cold brew is ordered. Their iced coffee looks like tea, not coffee?I mean light brown and see through.Their doughnuts are getting laughably small. They are clearly cutting corners for profit and I am considering no longer going tothe location. Today their line backed up on to the street while I waited an obscenely long time for egg bites. Staff needs to betrained better and when a costumer orders coffee it should look like coffee, not iced tea with cold foam and no flavor(pumpkincream cold brew).

My husband ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel, but instead they gave him a plain bagel with cream cheese??? They?ve done this twice! How hard is it to get a bagel right? Especially when youpay more for the sandwich.
