What Carmen Hernandez doesn't like about Dunkin':
Horrible and unorganized and dirty. Manager is non chalant and she shouldn't even be managing a DD! Nothing is ever available and they are ALWAYS out of one thing or another never replenishing ! This is way people will pay more and get excellentbeverages and items at Starbucks. Would rather go there I stead. HUGE mistake going to this one! View all feedback.

The new young girl here is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I came here this morning to get breakfast and the attitude she had I just left somewhere else! You don?t get paid to get an attitude because a customer is asking ONE SIMPLE QUESTION! Don?t workthere if you don?t like your job! SIMPLE! Don?t come to this place unless you don?t mind workers giving you an attitude!

I arrived late to a bustling crowd, but Alexis behind the counter efficiently handled the line in no time. When I reached the counter, I was greeted with a warm smile and positive energy. This is the best Dunkin' I've ever visited! You’re amazing, Alexis!
I visited this restaurant today around 10:25 p.m., but the doors were already closed. The staff seemed to be idle until I knocked, which clearly startled them. I asked why they were closed, and they just pointed to their wrists. The restaurant is supposed to close at 11 p.m. — really?
