It is located downstairs in the... read more This restaurant is actually SOL Cafe. I'm not sure if there used to be another location for SOL, but this is the main SOL Cafe. It is located downstairs in the Escal Plaza at the base of the Goryu gondola. The printed food menu is now fully vegan, and all desserts today were also vegan. I can't confirm if this is always the case, but it was today. We both had the vegan sandwiches for lunch, which were delicious. The desserts were fine but not amazing. I would definitely return if I'm back at this mountain.

The vegan sandwiches we had for... read more This review is for SOL Café located at Escal Plaza near the Goryu gondola. The menu here is fully vegan, including all desserts. The vegan sandwiches we had for lunch were delicious. While the desserts were good, they were not outstanding. We would definitely come back to this café when the mountain is open again.
