旅先での訪問、夜だけ二郎実に美味かった スープまで完飲してしまいました ️ スープの旨味、ニンニクの刻みサイズ、豚の味付け・硬さ、臭みの無い上品なアブラ、野菜のクタ具合、何より店員の接客・活気、清潔感、最高です ただ一つ麺はもう少し硬めでも良いと思います 御馳走様でした
人生初の二郎系をこのお店でいただきました。中盛の野菜マシ油ニンニクマシマシを注文！見た目のボリュームとは裏腹に食べ出したら箸が止まりらない。太縮れ麺にスープと油、ニンニクが絡んで絶妙な旨さでした。トッピングの生卵に麺と野菜を絡めて食べるのも美味しいですチャーシューは厚めですが、噛むと口の中で解れるやわらかさです 夕方５時から閉店までしか食べられないので是非訪れて欲しいお店です。 ※店の前にある自販機のドリンクは持ち込み可能です。黒烏龍茶必須！

I'm curious about Jiro, but I think it's good for anyone to enter. 夜の部、G系ラーメンを食べてきました。 お昼のテッペンさんも勿論美味しいのですが、夕方からの二郎系ラーメンは下手したらその辺の下手な二郎より美味いんじゃないの？と思いました。 個人的には昔の記憶なので定かではありませんが関内二郎っぽさを感じたり。 本来の二郎はクニュ麺のイメージではありますが、麺のワシワシゴワゴワ感も最近の二郎！って感じでいい感じでした。 店長がよく研究されているんだなぁ〜と感心。 二郎インスパイア系では確実に上位、他店舗のなんちゃってインスパイアとは一味違うと思います。 どちらかと言うと二郎よりマイルドな味付けなので、パンチが欲しい方はアブラカラメなんかにするといい感じかもしれませんね。 二郎気になるけど、、、って方でもエントリーするには良いと思います。
