Whether you want to grab a cocktail, watch the football or just chill out with friends, Buzz Pub is a good choice. (The bathrooms are clean, too. My only complaint? They don't offer wine by the glass. You'll find a glass of wine is VERY hard to come by in Haiphong. Boo hoo!
