I always order the chicken livers, as I have the original recipe that I make at home. Unfortunately, your version was disappointing. If you want to learn how to recreate the dish like it used to be, I would be happy to help. I understand that you have your own style and routine, but the presentation definitely fell short compared to Guy Wellivers. It was quite embarrassing. The only positive aspect of my visit was the affordable glass of wine I was served.
In our party of four, we all tried the buffet on July 12th. I want to share my thoughts on the food. The marshmallow cream salad was not very impressive. I encountered a cream cheese dish that was unfamiliar to me, and it was the first time I had ever tasted something like that. I've been attending this buffet for about 30 to 40 years, even back when Mr. Waiver was still around. I actually have the same recipe at home.
