The cashier was extremely rude. She didn’t have a name tag and was bragging about leaving work right then and there. Additionally, she had what looked like a DIY tattoo on her forearm. If you don't want to be at your job, that's fine, but there's no need to treat customers poorly.
I was there the other night. No complaints about the quality, but I ordered a Dave's Double and received a Dave's Single despite paying for the Double. Didn't realize it until I was down the road. Check your bags before you leave!
I don't often stop at the Wendy's located in this Love's truck stop; I usually just swing by for gas and a snack now and then. However, on the occasions I've ordered from the Wendy's, I've been pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, and both the food and coffee were served hot. My order was accurate, and the employees were friendly.
A typical Wendy's experience, offering decent, affordable fast food. The restaurant can become quite busy during lunchtime, a sign of its popularity! The restrooms located in the Loves store are fairly clean.
I ordered fresh fries and nuggets, but they ended up just refrying my fries, and the nuggets were cold. As a truck driver, I expect my orders to be fresh, and I always double-check to make sure, but that didn’t make a difference here. It took about five minutes for them to take my order, and there was only one other person ahead of me. Nobody acknowledged my presence or informed me that they would be with me shortly. They really need to step up their customer service, ensure they’re serving fresh food, and pay more attention to their customers.
