Suite 710: Lounge - Hagerstown

We decided to check this place despite the bad reviews. We did not make a reservation online, so we expected something to wait. We agreed because they have an arcade. We waited in the line to get a summer for the track waiting list and then to the arcade. However, about 95% of the machines were out of order, including the machine to buy your card. So we had to wait back at the reception to buy a card to play the few games that worked. There is a brand new Minecraft Dungeons game that looks like it would work, but after my kids put $9 value of card swaps on it, we realized that it does not work either (no sign to tell us that though). There also seems to be a lack of prices in the price range and no staff that serves this station. If you have managed to stack points, I think you should go all the way to the reception and wait again in line. It seems that there were several open tracks, unless they didn't work due to mechanical problems, but they never called us for our track. After more than an hour and a pitcher beer later we decided we had enough. The facility itself is newer and looks really nice, but it seems that there is a lack of personnel, care and/or money to repair the arcade machines. The owners seem to fall the ball here. You could also use a second person to keep the reception manning to keep the lines shorter. The women's bath was glittery toilet paper on the floors and it wreaked by Urin. One bright spot was the bartender. We didn't catch her name, but she was fire!

This place cannot decide what it is bowling alley, bar, arcade, restaurant. By doing this, it's bad. My grandson wanted to bowl two of the days we were on vacation, so we went here twice. The lanes are in such bad repair that they are dangerous, and no one really cares or knows what to do. The approach was sticky, as bad as I fell and slightly hurt me. People on the trail beside us complained. The girl at the reception gave me some Lane powder and told me to put it on my shoes. The floor of the rental shoes was damp, so it didn't help. A young man came over and put a little on the approach, but didn't really know how to spread it, or even why it was necessary The tracks are dark like a nightclub, and I guess it hides the bad state of the tracks. You can hardly see the pens. They do not warn you to use your own ball as their modern equipment can damage it, and they are not responsible. The comminution strip that separated the ceramic tile from the wooden base was broken like 2 of the tracks around us. Go there for a few drinks and some entertainment, but do not expect a professional bowling experience. The restaurant was closed, but it looked like a catering hall. The place looks good, but management has no idea how to run it.

No plans to go back. Five of us went, hoping for a fun evening. The website and branch maintain that there are food and drinks service lan... They'll wait a long time. We waited for 40 minutes for drinks and they just came when I was looking for an employee. They never came back for the second time. Better name for this facility would be Dodge Ball crossed as balls and through our track several times. The bathrooms smell like any kind of smoke you could imagine.

Tonight was absolutely terrible! I enjoy coming here and I tried to get it tonight, but the female manager lacked her job and didn't care about me and my friend. There were several lanes open and they always made excuses to give me no trace. This is the most ignorant answer I have ever received. She pushed on 20 ppl before me and left her bowling first after waiting for two hours, and I gave up, and she became passive aggressive and made a snide comment.

What a fun place to bowl, have some food and fun with friends! Came to town for a visit with 3 friends and decided to pay this place a visit. It turned out to be a great place to bowl! The food was really good too. We had nachos, onion rings and burgers which hit the spot. It's also a good place for kids so I will bring mine next time I visit. All in all, I give it a 5 star!
