Mizu Japanese - Hagerstown

We have now made this our go to sushi place in hagerstown, previously coming from house of Kobe. The sushi here is always fresh with plenty of options to choose from. The presentation of the rolls is always excellent as well. I haven't had any of the hot items on the menu, but from what I've seen they all look top quality as well. The staff is always polite and friendly with a clean and modern environment.

I actually give the food 4 1/2 stars out of 5. It was just a little bit shy of authentic! However having said that I really enjoyed the food! The green Jasmine tea is off the chain also the Moshe Moshe is superior! The wait staff was what you would expect from a top shelf restaurant. Very attentive but not intrusive.

The sushi rolls were well prepared and delicious. I was very pleased with the large end pieces of the spider rolls, they were cooked perfectly and crunchy. The chicken udon stir fry was cooked just right as well, with a hint of that smoky barbecue taste you get when you cook in a work or grill. Service was great and I'll definitely come here again.

This place has changed hands and my review and pictures are no longer relevant so this is an edit. Reviews should expire after awhile. Anyways, Mizu is worth checking out. Check it out! They have great water.

This new restaurant in town is very good, employees are quick and friendly, the menu has a large selection, the portion sizes are huge, and the food was so delicious.
