after a long time visits again.no comparison more with the old operator family dierker senior. we had eaten here often and very well. friendly and pointed eating were of course here. today disappointing forelle rather mini maximum child portion. roulade escapes as a 2mini rouladen for it with a lot nice. the whole thing for good money. That sounds good first, the fresh trout from the neighborhood. I'm the only guest in the restaurant after 12 years. The ambience radiates the charm of the 60, 70 years, at the same time it could also be a simple restaurant on the coast with simple furniture. I'll take a window with a view of the trout breeding pools. Service The young man Markus lt. The proof is friendly and attentive, the trout has pushed this morning and asks if everything is okay. The fact that the trouts came directly from the neighborhood farming, I only learned on request, would of course tell the guest first. It's nice to see the breeding pools right next to the neighbor, as the water basins were properly sprinkled and everything looked very good. For 8.50 per kilo the fresh trout is to buy, or smoker trout. Foods The map clearly only 2 pages, one page trout offers 15,50 17 euros with different preparation, the other side: table top, beef rug, carving, chicken breast fillet and pork medallions of 14,90 17,90. The trout offers are each with soup and dessert and salad bar, I ordered the trout fried in almond parmesan for 17 euros. I forgot the soup. The salad bar was still untouched and offered about 10 different salads and vegetables and a few different. Dressing. I personally don't like salad bar! It was all fresh and crisp and chilled and yet I prefer a fresh salad from the kitchen. I think a few hours later everything doesn't look so great, and I don't like the idea that every guest touches in the bowls. Water 1.50. The trout came after co 50 minutes on a hot plate and was nicely crucified and fritted inside, also the skin with the Parmesanmandelkruste tasted very tasty, on the plate a few orange slices, peach columns and unfortunately only very thin slices of lemon, I would rather have wished lemon corner because you can express them better. The trout 4 points. Salt potatoes were added in an additional dish, colourless without herbs, but with a butter sauce. The men's cream lacked the taste and swelling, it seemed like wallpaper glue, and the chocolate spoon did not bring any remedy, a spoon was sufficient. The ambience The ambience has come clean in the years (60 70 years). The green table runners and the matching paper napkins offer some color. Candles on tables, no flowers, in front of the windows these sad flower pots with conspicuous flowers that you would not voluntarily place in the apartment. Wastel spatter and toothpick.
