I've been a loyal customer of Animo Juice (and everyone I know loved them too), frequently ordering food here and one of the things I really love from them is t... read more I've been a loyal customer of Animo Juice (and everyone I know loved them too), frequently ordering food here and one of the things I really love from them is their soup. So I emailed them to ask when they were getting soup and I was told they weregoing to try again on Monday. Which I was excited about and come Monday, I went to place an order for soup through Grubhub. Itgave me an error message and said that This restaurant can't complete orders right now. Please try again later or choose anotherrestaurant. so I thought I'd call Animo and let them know something was wrong with their ordering system through Grubhub. Theperson who answered said that it was probably something I was ordering was out of stock (it was not because I tested it afterthe phone call and added a salad and it still gave me that error) and when I told her it was soup, she said that in order to fixit they would have to call Grubhub and that would be too much of a hassle. I then asked if I could add something else of equalvalue and say I wanted soup instead, and they said no. Like I said, after that rude call (I've never had a restaurant tell methey'd rather leave something broken than call Grubhub care), I added something other than soup and got the same error. I guessAnimo doesn't care.

Unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined over the last 6 months and so has the food... read more I used to go to Animo at least 3-4x per week, every week. Unfortunately, the customer service has seriously declined over the last 6 months and so has the food preparation. They allow you to order online ahead, however, when you do so they make yourorder whenever it?s convenient for them, not when you request it be ready for pick up?this means your drink sits there to getwarm. They also failed to make the correct $8 drink several times for me and when I returned to get the drink that I orderedthere was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience that it caused me or the error on their part. I?ve witnessed several peoplereturning to the restaurant w similar issues. They clearly have no interest in acknowledging or addressing these issues. I?llhead to GoodBeet!

Their food and drinks are exceptional. They avoid low-quality seed oils and use extra virgin olive oil instead. All of their wraps are from Siete, making them gluten-free and vegan, perfect for those with dietary sensitivities. This is the kind of food that leaves you feeling great afterward, and it's compatible with Medical Medium principles. Their burritos are delicious, and the juices are fantastic. During our visit, they played some of the best Y2K pop music. The customer service was excellent as well; when they accidentally handed us the wrong juice, they corrected it immediately. We’re definitely loyal customers whenever we're in the area!
