Called to ask about a promotional deal subway was running. And they hung up on me before I even finished talking. Bad customer service. edit because I can’t reply? I was not asking for prices or anything. Just if the restaurant was participating. There’s no need to ask about pricing when it’s free. A simple “yes we are, thank you have a good day” would’ve taken 2 seconds
