Creative Cakes By Donna - Haddam

Donna made our wedding cake on 16. October 2010. For our 10th anniversary we ordered a small cake with the same flavors: spice cake, pumpkin spice cream filling, white butter cream and fresh flowers. It looked beautiful and tasted delicious. Due to the Kovid-19 we only had to call from the car and pick up at the door, very easy. Thank you for helping us celebrate!

Donna's cakes are the best! Whenever one of my customers tells me that their cake is made by Donna, I cannot wait to see what it will look like because they are always artworks. And of course they are also super delicious!

We were able to get a cake from Creative Cakes by Donna for our wedding at the Pond House Café and are so glad we did! We really enjoyed the tasting where we got to try a variety of cake and fillings. We ultimately decided on a chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. We also got to talk through some design ideas with Donna while she sketched out our vision of a winter cake inspired by a cable knit sweater. She was so friendly and easy to work with! When we saw our cake at the wedding, it was so beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned. The only thing better than how it looked was how it tasted – it was hands down the best wedding cake I’ve ever had! We had so many of our guests tell us how good it was. Looking for a wedding cake we had come to a few places and stayed less than enthusiastic until we met Donna. Donna understood our vision and made the process of designing/planning a wedding cake extremely smooth and simple. I was so excited to see the cake on our wedding day and see how it created my vision perfectly. After some unsuccessful and unsatisfied experiences with some of the old standard shops around CT, my wife and I decided to try Donna. It was, without a doubt, one of the best providers of choices that we made for our wedding. From the personal experience to the final product, I could not be more satisfied how everything turned out. Bonus the picked top of the cake (frozen with the luck custom) was even better than anything fresh we had during the other manufacturer taste tests.
