The vegetarian is filled with slow roasted tomatoes, spinach, leeks, oyster mushrooms, avocado, topped with a free range egg and sprinkled with cheese. To enjoy a beautiful morning, we went for a nice walk along the canal until we reached the barge house for our booked brunch. protip: get a reservation as it is quite busy, even at breakfast in brot is a great concept, my family does something similar, but as an appetizer for our family reunion dinner. I had the original, my friend laughing. I have preferred the original, as it is a least common combination (it is not as if I had not had a thousand times laughs, dill and cream freche). the brot is good, but the star of the plate are all the other ingredients that fill the hollow brot bowl. it is as delicious as it fills; no lunch was on this day. it was exhausting...read more
The breakfast in brot the best invention ever since the cutting of brot. great seasoning and ingredients make this delicious. too hard to start the day, but perfect for a brunch that will see you until dinner.
