Highly recommend this takeway restaurant. Lovely fresh food. Arrived hot. Will be ordering again I will recommend.Yummy as always and very quick delivery!
Do not order from this place! Worst service we have ever received in our life! Rude and unprofessional staff who have not been taught any manners and do not know how to talk to people on the phone! First of all we did not receive everything we ordered, we called to find out what happened and we were told we need to wait an hour to receive the rest of our meal, we agreed that the wait is to long and asked for a refund. We had to call up and chase our refund as it was almost midnight and my husband had work early next day. When we called to enquire about our refund the member of staff got frustrated told us he cannot give us a refund as there was no driver and hung up the phone, we called back again and as soon as he heard my husbands voice he hung up the phone again. We were left shocked by his behaviour, this is not how you behave with paying customers, absolutely disgusted by this member of staff and we hope they get rid of him before he gets rid of all the regular customers.
During our stay at the Z Hotel, which is a mere 5-minute walk from this establishment, we decided to grab some sushi to enjoy in our room for dinner. The kind gentleman working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the food was top-notch and truly delicious! Highly recommend.
The food is very good. It is tasty and delicious and the staff are polite and friendly. The food is ready on time. I love the food from Sushi Box restaurant. I would like to recommend and to others this restaurant.
Delivery is not the best and the prices for that quality is not aligned. Need more fresh sashimi and recently cooked rice
