I dined with four friends and we all agreed that the quality of the burger meat was extremely poor for the price we paid. It seemed like the restaurant was relying on its prime location to compensate for subpar food quality. We weren't expecting anything extravagant, but the taste of the meat was simply unacceptable.

I had given a ten pound note, all the cash... read more The server tried to cheat me out of my change. The manager tried to justify the theft by claiming the server was new. I had given a ten pound note, all the cash I had in my wallet, instead of using my American Express Gold card that I had provided to the server. I handed the waitress the ten pound note and waited for over six minutes for my change. When no one returned, I went inside to inquire about the situation. The manager claimed that none of her waitstaff had received a ten pound note from me. Knowing that my sister had just given me the ten pounds, I realized something was wrong. The waitress remained silent and did not speak up. The manager did all the talking, while a second manager stayed silent. I refused to accept this unfair situation and caused a commotion in order to get my change, as the waitress continued to remain silent and offer no explanation to me or the two managers. This was a terrible experience in London. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs if you value honesty.
