This restaurant i... read more I dined here on two occasions. The tapas were fantastic and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The music was great and the staff were friendly. This restaurant is a great new addition to Stoke Newington High Street for a casual day out. I highly recommend it!

The low lighting and smooth jazz music in the background made me think of Edwar... read more Etcetera restaurant had a classic atmosphere that felt like a cozy hangout spot. The low lighting and smooth jazz music in the background made me think of Edward Hopper's "Nighthawks" painting. Despite the lack of crowds, I wondered why more people in Stoke Newington didn't frequent this place. It was around 11 o'clock, so there was no reason not to. Perhaps it was the opposite of New York's bustling nightlife scene. The air of loneliness added an intriguing vibe to the place, making it a great spot to enjoy red wine and relax to the mellow music.
