The manager, or the young woman with glasses acting as manager, demonstrated very poor customer service. We reserved a table for 10 at 6:30 pm on Valentine’s Day, which is understandably a busy night. Despite this, they had only one pizza maker working. By 9 pm, no one at our table had received their pizzas. When we approached the counter, the woman with glasses claimed our pizzas were already in the oven, which was untrue. The pizza maker had only just placed the dough on the bench to start adding toppings. She explained that other tables who arrived after us had their pizzas first because they were smaller groups and the oven only fits 4 pizzas at a time. Does that sound like a fair excuse? We asked for the bill without the pizzas, but she included a third bottle of wine we never ordered, attempting to charge us more than we actually consumed. Completely unacceptable. Think twice before booking here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I loved being able to watch my pizza being made right in front of me. They offer a great selection of wine and spritz at very reasonable prices. Overall, it was a wonderful time, and the live music was a perfect bonus. I enjoyed it so much that I plan to book my birthday celebration here. Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dish: Pizza

It’s a footpath, not a bin storage area. I’ve made TikToks praising how much fun your place is and have cycled there myself—why put my safety at risk?

They canceled my reservation with less than 24 hours' notice and didn’t even have the courtesy to call me—only sent a text. Very disappointing customer service, especially frustrating when you’ve planned a weekend with your partner.
