Was kristen Collins at Pho 57 a mag?
I’ve passed by here 100 times and always say I need to stop. Finally I did! This is probably the best Pho and spring rolls I have ever had anywhere. The service and friendliness of the staff was excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the ambiance. This is an old Arbys turned restaurant. But for a nice, casual dinner this totally fits the bill! I highly recommend. I can’t wait to go back and try m... View all feedback.
What John H dislikes about Pho 57:
The restaurant has permanently shut down. At first, the service was good, but it deteriorated considerably in recent months. Their prices were quite high, which seems to be a common trend these days. If they had offered more reasonable prices, I might have returned regularly. The vermicelli was decent, and the Bahn Mi sandwiches were okay, but they really needed options for spicy peppers. Additionally, there was no M... View all feedback.

Did PHO 57 close??? Love the Oxtail soup and shrimp pad tai! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
As an Asian person my self this dish was kinda sad, the salad was supposed to be a wrap and the veggies were stale, the chicken was good and the rise was ok, the egg casserole was cold but still good. Overall the place is ok but if you know Asian/Pho food this won’t work. Might come back for the boba though. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
Have been saying forever that we need to try here! Beyond blown away! Food, staff and decor are all top notch! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I ordered takeout from this restaurant, choosing pho with rare steak and well-done brisket. The pho was quite good, and the mint and bean sprouts were fresh. What surprised me was that the beef was packaged raw, allowing it to cook in the hot broth when added. This was a unique experience for me since I’ve never had takeout pho presented this way. Overall, it was enjoyable, and I would definitely order from here again.
I placed a food order for pickup on a Friday night via Yelp (through Grubhub). My order was ready in just 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend the shaky beef, which features sautéed beef with peppers and onions served over rice, as well as the pho with rare steak and brisket, and the pork spring rolls. There was plenty of pho left over for another meal. However, the pork served over vermicelli noodles was mediocre, and the summer rolls were simply average as well.
I love stopping by this place every now and then for a delicious bowl of Pho soup, and my favorite is the oxtail variety. Their Thai bubble tea is also excellent. The service here is friendly, and the portion sizes are quite generous.
The service and food were exceptional! I highly recommend it. The lunch was both delicious and affordable. I will definitely return.
I just visited this restaurant for the first time and placed an online order for pickup instead of dining in. I ordered the spring rolls and the Bun Dac Biet 57. The online ordering process was smooth and quick. I received a call less than a minute later informing me that they had run out of pork chops and inquired if I would like a substitute. The person on the phone was very friendly and offered helpful suggestions. Since I arrived close to closing time, the dining area was mostly empty, but everything appeared tidy and well-organized, with all tables set and ready for customers. The staff member at the front was welcoming, and my food was prepared promptly. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, this place seems like an excellent fast-casual option for outstanding Vietnamese cuisine. I can’t wait to try more dishes from their menu!
