What User doesn't like about Patisserie Florentine:
Terrible staff. Went there on November 19th, 2022 at around 4 PM to order, but was told by staff they are on break. That 's it. No explanation, no effort to say come back a little later. The staff at the location of The Shops at Riverside are so amazing--very cordial and accommodating. And the coffee is absolutely delicious! I just joined their coffee club--and it's free! I couldn't believe it--so many other perks to enjoy there as well; but most importantly, is how accommodating and super friendly their staff is there! It's my daily pick me up after my shift at work.
