One of my favorite parts o... read more What an incredible dining experience! Houston’s is a classic from the ambiance to the wine to the food. Everything is clean and nice. One of my favorite parts of my latest meals at Houston’s was the service. Our waiter was kind, full of recommendations, and accommodating. He helped us have the perfect night! As for the food, the steak is to die for! One of my favorites from the menu is the grilled artichokes. Unreal! The remoulade that came with it was just amazing!

Instead... read more We started with smoked salmon, followed by a tuna salad and the Hawaiian steak. The salmon had a bit more pepper than usual, but it was still enjoyable. Instead of French fries, we received a kale salad, which was a nice surprise. Everything was delicious! The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, and the service was quick. This is definitely our favorite spot to dine!

W... read more I would have given a 1-star rating, but Sapphire, the manager, changed my mind. My coworkers and I had made a reservation for four on a quieter Tuesday night. When one more coworker decided to join us, we called Houston's to see if we could add them to our reservation. The woman who answered the phone was quite rude and informed us that we would have to forfeit our reservation if we didn't stick to the original number. Feeling this was unfair, we were about to request to speak with a manager when Sapphire herself got on the line. She apologized for the poor service and acknowledged that the behavior we experienced was unacceptable. She ensured she would personally greet us when we arrived and promised to assign us one of the best servers to enhance our evening. As for the food, it was, of course, delicious. While things can go awry during busy nights, the thoughtful and attentive customer service truly made a difference.

Her professional... read more I had lunch on an early weekday, and there's always a wait at this popular place. Today, our server was April, and she was absolutely magnetic. Her professionalism and charisma made our experience exceptional. We visit Houston’s throughout the year, but this was by far our best experience at the table. We enjoyed the ribs, tuna salad, and Old Fashioned drinks. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance, and the food and drinks were delicious.

For dinners we do the Hawaiian ribeye, cheese... read more Always have a great time celebrating at Houston’s. We always order the salmon appetizer and spinach&artichoke dip. For dinners we do the Hawaiian ribeye, cheeseburger and ribs. Everything is so tasty and delicious. The service is also top notch. I will admit it’s really hard to get a reservation which is sometimes annoying BUT the food is worth it.
