Was Anna Dosch at Hot Fish a mag?

I was in the mood to eat Sichuan-style Chinese food and decided to dine here. You get a complementary three-variety nuts platter and hot tea here. I ordered a spicy stir-fried dry hotspot and came with white rice. The dish was a bit oily (which is expected) but the flavor was good! View all feedback.

What Andi Wagner dislikes about Hot Fish:

Ordered a Boiled Fresh Fish for take out, and after open it at home, we found out that there are only fish BONES and SKINS in it! Basically nothing we can eat! ?‍ Where are all the flesh goes? Do you only serve good fish for dine in customers? Can’t be more disappointed. View all feedback.

Food is 8/10. Mostly delicious, one of our items was under seasoned (lol rare for a sezchuan restaurant I guess)Service overall was good. But the table service was not as good as the food. The server got one of our items wrong but they exchanged it no issue. When we were there the server did not check on us or refill the water.Atmosphere was great. Restroom amenities are cool.

We came for lunch today. Ambiance is great. Every dish is delicious. Indeed! The menu has a good balance between spicy and non-spicy option. The staff is friendly and attentive. Good space between the tables that you can comfortably talk to your friends and families. Great for a weekend casual dining.

A rare find, truly authentic szechuan restaurant in New Jersey. No need to travel into NYC for your favorite spicy delicacies. BYOB is a big plus. Friendly staff with excellent knowledge on everything that's on the menu and then more. Highly recommended. Bring your friends family and try many dishes.
