Hot Fish - Feedback

What gammeelovemusic likes about Hot Fish:
I will probably give it another try but this time I?m a bit disappointed. One hand is we ordered too much fried stuff so they together were quite oily, and the grilled fish is fresh and tender but flavor is just not bad. On the other hand I?m hoping to taste some authentic Sichuan food but Chuan Bei rice jelly is just a disappointment. Might try some other dishes next time! View all feedback. We decided to try out Hot Fish on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was pretty empty, so we got a table right away. Must say they have really well decorated the place, one of nicer interior Chinese restaurants that I have been to. We ordered several dishes to out, starting with Dan dan noodles.
