The sandwiches are fresh, but I frequently find that items are missing from my orders, whether I get them delivered or pick them up myself. We decided to start picking up our orders, and I honestly can't remember the last time when I didn't have to remind them to include the chips or not to forget the cookies. I only realize when the toppings are wrong after I’ve opened the sandwich. It’s disappointing because the sandwiches really are fresh, but I shouldn’t have to keep reminding them about things. I order through an app, so they have the details right in front of them, yet they still seem to forget items on every single visit. I like the place and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s getting ridiculous—how many times can drinks, chips, or cookies be forgotten? It’s becoming quite frustrating at this point.
