Reviews - Dunkin'
Reviews summary
In the bustling heart of Hackensack Heights, the local Dunkin' emerges as a mixed bag of experiences. While many patrons laud the quick service and cleanliness that sets it apart, concerns about unsanitary practices have also been raised. Some customers note an inconsistency in coffee quality, with poorly crafted brews disappointing those craving a decent cup. Friendly staff are a highlight, yet reports of rude service and a lack of hygiene in food handling mar the overall impression. As Dunkin’ navigates dietary sensitivities and cleanliness, it remains a place of contrasts—bright spots overshadowed by significant concerns.

This location is consistently quick and efficient. I always place my orders through the app, and they’re ready for pick-up in under two minutes. The staff is fantastic and very friendly. However, the parking lot isn't the best. View all feedback.
What Michelle Joyce dislikes about Dunkin':
Suddenly, frozen coffee with almond milk is no longer available due to nut allergies. But what about those of us allergic to dairy and oat milk? It feels like we're being ignored! View all feedback.

This Dunkin' is the best in Hackensack Heights. It's very clean, and everyone is friendly and nice. I especially want to highlight Kamrunnahar, Amena, and Ayesha Fatema—they are truly the best!
Great customer service. Thank you for being friendly first thing in the morning ????
My first time at Dunkin' in the morning was fantastic. A fresh cup of coffee paired with a toasted bagel—uhnnn, delicious. The menu offers great options to start the day right.

I really wish she made her hot chocolate with milk instead; using a powdery product just doesn’t taste the same. Overall, I’d rate it 3/5.

At once can they not get frozen coffee with mandelmilch? because of people with a nut allergy. So let us discriminate against people with a milk and hae allergy!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The kitchen and work areas were dirty, and I noticed that staff did not sanitize their hands after handling cash; instead, they grabbed food with their unclean hands to serve to customers. There was a lack of cleanliness overall, as dust and messes were not addressed. The service was rude, and it took an unusually long time to be attended to, even with plenty of employees present. There were also no masks or gloves being worn, contributing to an overall unsanitary environment. Additionally, the coffee was poorly made; it tasted diluted and more like water than a proper brew. I cannot recommend this place at all. A health inspector should definitely pay a visit!
