The food was even b... read more I recently visited this new location and it did not disappoint! I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A, and the customer service here is outstanding. The food was even better—the fries and chicken were fresh and delicious. The cashier, Justin, was very friendly and polite, and I appreciated his interaction with his coworker, whose name I don’t know. I really enjoyed my meal, and my son was thrilled as well. I will definitely be returning often!

Very disappointing I came here under the assumption that would be a nice place despite the reviews I said why not. Well drive through didn?t go through as planned had a problem with the app paying for my meal then noticed when I asked if it was my meal I said no, come to think that maybe it was just me that things would get better I was wrong. I?ve never had french fries that are not that well cooked well tasting like starch and soap on top of being greasy and not have any taste on top of that the sandwich had no spice to it since it?s a spicy sandwich very faintly it was dried out and not cooked very well. I? my wife sandwich is very fatty, the drinks are kind of warm and miss matched with flavor not sure what?s going on here but corporate needs to look into this place being affected his brand new if they want to survive in Hackensack, not going to be here to try them again.

Nice large and comfortable dining area and dine-in customers get quick friendly service. I loved Chick-fil-A and the customer service here is awesome, the food is even more awesome the fries and chicken came very fresh and delicious. The cashier Justin was very friendly and polite with hiscoworker who I don?t know his name. I really liked enjoy my food here and my son was very very happy. For sure I?ll be backoften!

I'm not sure exactly what the issue was but I think the bread in the mini chicken sliders was off. I couldn't even eat all 4 of them. Tasted sorta stale or something. Veryupset with this experience, so I will not return to this location on rt. 4
