Great little place to stop and have a treat without having to detour off the highway. Inside and outside seating offered with a bright and cheery feel. This was our first time visiting the Big Dipper, and it certainly won't be our last! I ordered the California burger, and I genuinely believe it's the best burger I've ever had. My husband chose the pork tenderloin sandwich, which he also deemed the best. We also tried the deep-fried mushrooms, and they were absolutely perfect. We both got a side of fries and ended up bringing some home because we simply couldn't finish them. Although we were too full for dessert this time, we're definitely planning to come back for ice cream when we're in the area. The service was outstanding, and the café had such a charming décor. If you're in Hackensack, make sure to stop by this place—you won't be disappointed!

We loved finding this gem of an ice cream stop while on vacation. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. Cash only, no cards to pay.

Wonderful food at reasonable prices and great service! They have so many flavors of ice cream to choose from as well! My husband had the Wynn burger and tatter rings and I had the chicken salad wrap with fries. The pickled onions in the Wynn added so much flavor and the chicken salad had wild rice as an awesome addition. So tasty! I love this place and follow them on FB to see their specials!
