Yesterday I or... read more I'm a regular customer at bagel buffet. I've had a few bad experiences the last few times I went there, and I've let it go. This time I couldn't. Yesterday I ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and cheddar cheese on a whole wheat wrap, first of all it was midget size, I thought it was a joke, then there was barely anything in it. The reason I didn't return it was because we were going on a road trip and I was already on route when we started eating our breakfast. Michael (who I am guessing is the manager) is always very nice when I am there. I miss Daisy who was wonderful, but this new staff is poor. Food is expensive enough and you pay for something that was $7.00 that should have been no more than $3.00. I don't mind paying for food, if it is good, like I said it was like eating a grilled cheese wrap, and bacon tasted old. Sad, this place has declined over the past year.

I usually place an online order for pickup and the pas... read more I used to love coming to this place. The food used to be great but everything has recently gone downhill. I usually place an online order for pickup and the past couple of times they haven't fulfilled the order properly. They never have the poppyseed roll or hero bread and they replace with something I don't want. Most places I frequent, will communicate changes to my order by reaching out. I have been continuously disappointed woth my past couple of orders and today will be the last time I order from Bagel Buffet. The bread was stale, the avocado was extremely hard and not edible. Overall, it was such a disappointing experience that I can no longer count on the quality we used to have. I guess this may be due to the staff that appears to be rotating.
