This is a great location and the club is starting to really do it justice. The food is consistently good. Fish dominates the menu but it also offers a very good hamburger and plenty of other options. Service can be a little haphazard. On my last visit the "greeter" was particularly chatty leaving me standing for several minutes while she talked nonsense with two couples in front of me. It was annoying. The staff in g... View all feedback.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, the deck overlooking the bay was very nice, and service was good. My main mea l- flame grilled salmon fillet ($34) - was a big letdown in both portion size and quality. The salmon strip was little more than inch wide, and the sauce spread seemed more like orange cocktail sauce than capsicum coulis. The accompanying potatoes were, tiny, few and cold. The view locsaion are great. The food was ok at best. We both had the barramundi which was nice but ordered a side salad tgat didnt come. We ordered an entree that didnt come. Ordering at the bar is the worst part of tge visit. One bar staff that knew what they were doing and two others that had no idea thus the lack of entree and side salad. If you see people waiting patiently in line serve them.
Had a catch up with 14 friends in January, overlooking the spectacular water views food was excellent, lots of choice of items and prices. Very good for a group as you can order and pay individually for food and bar. Service friendly and efficient. Easy to book online. We are already planning our next catch up there!
So nice to have eat at the Rowers, its been a while. Covid spoilt it for us all, and we really missed our luncheons. Great atmosphere, lovely staff and good food, I had the Chicken Caesar which was good, but a little more chicken would have been appreciated , but all good. Will be back more now it's opened up again.
We were disappointed with the food at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were celebrating a special occasion and ordered the $85 seafood platter as a gift for the couple celebrating. It was not worth the price, with minimal portions. The platter only included 2 small fish, 6 calamari, 6 prawns, 2 pieces of inedible octopus, and a bowl of chips. The best thing about this place was the view.
Today, three of us enjoyed a lovely lunch together. The crab and clam black ink pasta was excellent, as were the calamari and garlic prawns. The venue was beautiful and the staff were delightful.
