I'd like to give 6 stars -if possible- for the customer service. Especially a young lady named Elise, she really made everything to make us feel welcome. I sincerely can recommend this hotel/spa!

Very nice SPA area which was also includes in the price, where you can relax and try couple of different saunas and jacuzzi's. There is also a small bar at the SPA with decent choice of drinks. There is a very nice restaraunt in the hotel which is open at evenings with a nice menu. Would totally recommend staying here!

Breakfast was definitely the best,fresh and the bakery (a bun) was definitely the best, want to eat more and more. More options than other hotels give, for example, reservation without paying before, which is extra nice. Good for family’s with kids. Only thing what felt missing was bigger bar options in spa,maybe fresh made cocktails/smoothies options are needed, then it would be excellent

We came early in the morning so it was relatively empty, this is the only way to have a good time there. The black sauna with the cold pool next to it is the best thing there and it has a funny decoration! And you can use a sauna broom! I've also enjoyed 42° Japanese pool, mainly because it was empty and everyone were crowding the jacuzzi. The pressure bubbles in the main pool were very powerful and nice as well. All in all, one great sauna, there is water, come early and don't expect much. Also hair dryers in both changing rooms were broken.

Don’t go to breakfast within the hour of closing... read more Rooms smells of a bit too much moisture for my taste. Breakfast is one of the worst hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Don’t go to breakfast within the hour of closing because they will be out of everything, including porridge. The positive? The restaurant in the hotel, which has changed names quite a few times, is excellent. At the time of this review the restaurant was called Ribi and I have every single dish I’ve had
