I'm just going to say it in my wonderful crass American wayIt is complete bullshit that Garance only has one star.

My boyfriend and I had the 5 course tasting menu + wine pairing for dinner our last night in France.

Despite the fact that this is the only review on yelp, Garance is definitely worth going toEvery single day for lunch and dinner if possibleNo joke.

Give it a miss.Under new management with no idea.Steaks inconsistent and chewy.Desserts were cheesecake doughnuts with ice cream, no idea of the flavour.Doughnuts doughy and inconsistently cooked.For $130.00 not worth it.

We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening after my husband had been given a voucher as a gift. We had tried to use the voucher on the previous weekend with the voucher clearly saying 'no booking required' only to be told, 'sorry we're booked out!'.Service is slow, people who came in half an hour after us received their meals before us. What wait staff there were just walked by and let our dirty plates sit there and then proceeded to serve the next course whilst trying to clear the table. Drink service is extremely slow and when re-ordering staff need to be asked where their order is. This restaurant classes themselves as 'fine dining', couldn't be further from the truth! Menu is basic and the food is ordinary, we would not bother going back and would not recommend it to friends or family. There's a lot of competition in the restaurant business in Gymea, this place needs to lift their game.
