The Union Inn - Gwynedd

I was very impressed with this restaurant. The food was excellent, the service was quick and friendly despite how busy they were. The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was friendly. It was also child-friendly, with a selection of board games available for borrowing. We will definitely be returning!

We had a lovely dinner here during a stay in North Wales. The food was great and the staff were incredibly friendly. We got chatting with a local couple who said they often drove past their two nearest pubs, to visit this one. Our dog loved it too!

Lovely little pub just outside of Porthmadoc. Husband had sirloin steak I had the gammon...both were really good. Would recommend will return on our next trip to this lovely part of North Wales.

This unique, traditional pub offers some unconventional seating choices, but don't let that deter you. The food here is top-notch with generous portions and fantastic flavor. The staff is friendly and efficient, despite being busy. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and were surprisingly affordable given the quality. The sides of chips, onion rings, and vegetables were all delicious and plentiful. The desserts were also tasty and reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.
