Papa John's Pizza - Gwynedd

Ordered our pizza to be delivered to the showdome, took an hour and a half to arrive, the delivery driver popped the tater tots on the table (which were cold) then proceeded to drop the entire pizza on myself and the floor. She was apologetic but it 's not good enough service. The staff in the shop itself were rude and 3 members of staff saw myself and a child, who was saying excuse me and they just completely ignored us! Won 't go back!

Ordered a pizza with an extra topping we paid additional for and had hardly any on. The sides that we ordered £7.99 each) were disgusting. They were soggy, wet and looked undercooked, they also come in a paper bag and the chicken popcorn portion they had give was an absolute joke for the price. Never ordering from here again. I’ve give two stars because the pizza arrived just on time and the delivery man seemed friendly.

Rude staff. Was told that they wouldn’t serve us due to a gluten intolerance but their menu said that they do gluten free pizza. Absolutely rude. The staff member even offered to take me outside to ruff me up in his words in front of my daughter. Absolutely disgusting!! We were in shock and left!!

The large cookie used to be thicker in previous years, but it is still delicious. The price is a bit higher now at £5.99, but it is still worth it.

On holiday at Hafan Y Mor,ordered at the pizza place,inside the entertainment venue,got told no stuffed crust left then stood waited 40 minutes to get our order,pizza was really big tasty,but I had paid £1.50 per extra topping I’d chosen about 3 extra toppings,potato tots were awful,in a paper bag,all squashed £7.99,double choc brownie was really nice!
