What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Dylan's Restaurant Criccieth:
Interesting building and well kitted out. Food really good, Wine by the glass is London prices, a little expensive for the area location. Entrance seating area could be a little more protected from the elements, if its windy (as was on this occasion) the doors could be improved to offer a bit more protection. Good choice of drinks and interesting menu. Specials could be better advertised, there were some good ones bu... View all feedback. What Jonathan likes about Dylan's Restaurant Criccieth:

read moreDylan's restaurant in Criccieth is housed in an interesting building with a well-equipped interior. The food is of high quality, although some may find the prices a little on the expensive side. While the entrance seating area could use some improvement, the diverse drink selection and intriguing menu make up for it. The staff are described as polite, helpful, and charming. The atmosphere is bustling and the restaurant's conversion from a 1950's seaside pavilion cafe adds to its appeal. While some dishes fell short of expectations for some diners, the staff were accommodating and offered complimentary coffee to make amends. One reviewer found the lobster and mussels to be underwhelming, but praised the immaculate restaurant and friendly staff. Despite some minor flaws like noise levels and dry starters, most diners appreciate the overall experience at Dylan's, with many praising the excellent food quality, splendid location overlooking the sea, and cool atmosphere. Families with children also found Dylan's to be a suitable dining option, with great service and a menu suitable for both adults and kids. Overall, Dylan's in Criccieth comes highly recommended for its delicious food, friendly staff, and lovely sea views, making it a worthwhile visit for locals and travelers alike.
So we were looking for food on a Friday night in the Dee Why area, and all the general places were either crowded or closed.
Why is the Number One Noodle House number one? Because they say so? No really why? I have no idea.
Excellent as usual, service and eat, back to my jubilee
