this is a beautiful caffe with views over the fishermen. it borders the caravan park and there is a short way so it really made for a fully cooked fish breakfast at our last day. all components eier, speck, sausage, hash brown etc. have been included, well cooked and are well worth with a cup tee or coffee. they also do lunch and cake, but check the opening times first in the winter months. The food and ambiance at this restaurant are lovely. However, the woman who served us was unwelcoming and unfriendly. The breakfast was delicious and the gentleman working there was friendly, but the older lady was incredibly rude this morning. Great find. Great food at good price. The chilli was especially good. Despite being very busy, the staff worked through the orders efficiently. Good coffee too.
Well worth a visit if in the area! We had a breakfast bap, and 2 sausage baps with 2 teas and a pepsi, service friendly plenty of choice and fairly priced! If in the area again will certainly be visiting, thank you
This is a lovely cafe with views over the fishing lakes. It adjoins the caravan park and there 's a short path so made it really handy for a full cooked 'fisherman 's breakfast ' on our last day. All the components eggs, bacon, sausage, hash brown etc etc were included, cooked well and are good value with a mug of tea or coffee. They also do lunches and cakes but check opening hours first in the winter months.
We had an excellent and friendly breakfast on our last day. The lunch menu looks great as well, with dishes made from local produce. We wish we had discovered this restaurant sooner.
Was recommended to drop in for breakfast and wow were we pleased we did. I went for the large breakfast and it provided me with sustenance to last till tea. Delicious ingredients. ESP the the Black pudding. And proper espresso machine coffee. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere too.
Nestled near picturesque fishing lakes, this charming café offers a delightful culinary experience with stunning views and an inviting atmosphere. Diners can indulge in a hearty, well-prepared breakfast featuring local ingredients, alongside excellent coffee and tempting lunch options. Though some patrons have encountered less-than-welcoming service, many appreciate the friendly staff and the café's commitment to quality. With reasonable prices and a variety of choices, including delightful vegetarian options, this hidden gem is well worth a visit for anyone in the area. Just remember to check winter hours before heading out, as this spot is a true treasure for food lovers.
