Don't do an online order. They don't get it right. I've made 3 and all 3 times it's wrong. How hard is it to read a list and make the sub? I can understand mayb... read more Don't do an online order. They don't get it right. I've made 3 and all 3 times it's wrong. How hard is it to read a list and make the sub? I can understand maybe leaving off the pickles but to not toast a single sub when 5/6 were suppose to be toasted and every single one to have the wrong toppings. It's stressful. We spent $80 and not one sub was right.

I asked if I could talk to the manager they refuse to call the manager. I asked them to write that on a receipt with their names. Here is the receipt. They would not offer a refund. So, instead, I walked out with my wife’s food and not mine. they just stole $13 from me.

It was so hard on one end that I couldn 't eat it. Add to that, they have cut way back on their meats. The sandwich I got was loaded with Lettuce and very little meat. It was like eating a Lettuce sub.
