The restaurant has really declined since Melissa, the manager, left. They can't seem to get anything right, from taking orders to processing payments at the register. The staff's attitudes indicate a lack of motivation and care about their work.

Well, I did an online order, and I mistakenly did not put in the time that I wanted to pick up. Called the store immediately. Told the young lady that answered the phone that the time was not correct, and I wanted to pick up my sandwiches up at 7:50 pm. I said I wanted to pick up at 7:50 more than once. Because on the app, you can not edit the time online. She said ok, they put on the receipt. I said 7, and they made the sandwiches at freaking 6:50, so they had been sitting there over a freaking hour. So I asked kindly before I got upset. Ok, since yall got the time wrong after I had called and said more than one, I want to pick them up at 7:50. Can you remake the sandwiches? Oh, I'm sorry we can't. Ok, well, refund my money. Oh, we can't refund the online order. That's a lie. Well, give me the mangers name. Oh, she said not to give her name, this is after they called her. Ok, well, I need the store mangers name, sorry. Ok, well.give me the district mangers name. Oh, we can't. Ok. Well, I will dispute thru my bank and get my money back. Since I did not get my food. Subway, yall just lost a loyal customer.

Did an online order while in the store to get the promotion of buy one get 1/2 off, while they were making the sandwiches, I asked them just to toast the bread and not the meats They toasted the meat anyways and I asked him to remake it, they refused And they did not have the authority to remake sandwiches. I asked if I could talk to the manager they refuse to call the manager. I asked them to write that on a receipt with their names. Here is the receipt. They would not offer a refund. So, instead, I walked out with my wife’s food and not mine. they just stole $13 from me.

I asked for a toasted sub and it was burnt on one end. I questioned the server and he said that 's how we have the toaster/oven set . It was so hard on one end that I couldn 't eat it. Add to that, they have cut way back on their meats. The sandwich I got was loaded with Lettuce and very little meat. It was like eating a Lettuce sub.

The manager told me that dogs weren't allowed..I'm a vet he's my support animal and I was very dissatisfied with her an the way she put it.. lost my business forever....
