Urban Bru served us fantastic iced coffees, and we also picked up some of their delicious granola bars. I highly recommend this spot to weary travelers!

When we finally received our... read more We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and the employee at the window didn’t seem to know how to listen or operate their iPad. When we finally received our coffees, they informed us that the drinks weren’t labeled. There was no apology or attempt to assist us; we were simply left to open the lids and figure out which was which. The coffees were decent, but not enough to make me want to come back.

I usually place my order over the phone on my way to work to save time, but I often struggle to get through between 7 and 7:45. Despite their posted opening time of 6:30, it can be frustrating when no one answers and I end up running late.
