The employees are excellent, but the phone is always off when I call in the mornings. I usually place my order over the phone on my way to work to save time, but I often struggle to get through between 7 and 7:45. Despite their posted opening time of 6:30, it can be frustrating when no one answers and I end up running late.

Despite the restaurant claiming to be open at 6:30, I can never reach anyone on the phone between 7 and 7:45. This constantly causes me to be late and it's extremely frustrating.
Everything is delicious. the atmosphere is wonderful, eating is delicious, and the staff is friendly. do not make the mistake of dilution, because it is a coffee shop that the servings are not sufficient. they are safe. the salads are wonderful with the homemade dressings, especially those with strawberries. the southwest sandwich. it is a handful! kale chips on Wednesday must try that at some point.
I really love their coffee and pastries. The service is excellent, and the wait time is minimal. The prices are reasonable, and the ambiance is enjoyable.
The food and drinks were amazing, the staff was very friendly, and it was just what we needed on our long road trip. Urban Bru served us fantastic iced coffees, and we also picked up some of their delicious granola bars. I highly recommend this spot to weary travelers!
