As I tried to express what I wanted, she con... read more I recognize that it was the day before Thanksgiving, but the owner hurried me while I was trying to place my order. As I tried to express what I wanted, she continuously interrupted me with, “Anything else?” When I chose to pay in cash, I was told I needed to pay over the phone instead. I frequent this restaurant and usually leave a generous tip, but overall, I found the customer service experience to be quite disappointing.
