I have been coming for 29 years after st. barts and have observed that it will become more environmentally friendly in the last 2 years. we tried all the best restaurants that offer a vegan dish that we could find, and black was our hands down favorites. we had a ingwer with rice and curry with sweet potato and other sweet and fried banana for dessert. the food was delicious and eating in the free under beautiful art... the masseami curry with sweetness was very tasteful. the limited number of options and inflexibility with chef reduces the rating. they could increase the non-animal based products more easily. also not even a non-dairy milk option for coffee. View all feedback.

I highly recommend it.
