Every one there was so nice, friendly and helpful. But this lady Stephanie was very rude and nasty the way she spoketo her team members behind the counter in front of other guest and children.

She made our 8 year old cry and walked away smiling behind her mask. She said the game wasn'tsupposed to drop tokens but it's a coin waterfall game and that's its design. You had better believe they'll be reported to thebbb, corporate and the Illinois gaming commission. Update: I was told that someone would reach out to me further aboutcompensation and they blew me off.
