Burger King - Gurnee

The manager threw my child's drink in my child's face and failed to provide us with ice when we ordered our food. They were gossiping about customers right in front of us. The entire team, including the manager, needs to be replaced. The manager was very mean and never got my order right. They do not focus on their job and should find a different line of work instead of giving customers a hard time.

The food at this Burger King is so terrible that I would not recommend eating here. It is nothing like the food at other Burger King locations.

The food at this restaurant was served cold, and the staff were somewhat rude despite it not being very busy. The bathrooms were dirty, and the dining room was borderline disgusting with unwiped tables and spills on the floor. However, the restaurant does have wheelchair accessibility with a ramp and parking available.

I stated my order to the cashier. they responded back and communicated, then forgot a whole main item in my order, and ultimately put cheese on my whopper when I asked specifically for no cheese and im physically unable to have it. the fact they proceeded to put it on my sandwich proves they don't care, and don't even accept any coupons and no refunds or discounts for being a 45 minute wait just for a major mess up! never going here again, this location needs to be closed for good!!!
