The Philippines is known for pancit but in Lipa city, Batangas they have a very special and delicious lomi that one must try if they are in the area. It’s a classic to the locals and I deeply enjoyed the stewy goodness that each bite packed! I took a bus from Manila just to try this and guess what — I’d do it again!!!
