I had never been to a diner before, so my first experience at a place like Bigg's Diner was something special. It was a pleasant surprise to find Bigg's in Lipa City, Batangas, especially since we had enjoyed their food in Bicol a few months ago. The food at this restaurant is mediocre at best. I tried the spaghetti, which was edible but nothing special. The Ube Mango shake was awful. However, the biggest issue with this place is the management and staff. They constantly get our orders wrong and try to make us pay for items we didn't order.
