Stopped for the night in Gunnison and headed straight to Pie-Zan’s after check in at our hotel. Great decision on our part because by 6:30 on a Friday night, this place was hopping! And for good reason, we had the Caprese and a regular pepperoni for dinner and cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake for dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant for pizza! We were in the city for an evening and decided to catch a football game. The crust and sauce were absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We sat at the bar, where Nicky took such great care of us—she’s a student at the West and I have no doubt she will succeed in everything she does.
