The beer and food at this restaurant are excellent. The staff is also great! It's definitely worth a visit when in the area. There was an issue with the washing area during my last visit, but the pizza and beer were still top-notch. I still give this place a 5-star rating and recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal and drinks. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about High Alpine Brewing Company:
I love the atmosphere at this restaurant, but the young waiting staff seems more interested in everything else except for the customers who are already seated. It can be frustrating to have to remind the waitress multiple times about something I asked for, and a smile goes a long way, especially when they get it right. It took 1 1/2 hours to receive our two pizzas. Customers who ordered after us got their pizzas first. With only 16 tables, this level of slowness is unacceptable. However, the pizza itself was delicious.
I waited for an hour at the restaurant for a table and they never called me, even though they said it might be a 30-minute wait. I watched as other groups were seated before us. The hostess was rude when we first arrived, for reasons unknown. After 30 minutes, I politely asked for an update on our wait time and the hostess was nicer this time, informing me it could be another 10 to 15 minutes. Despite the improvement in attitude, I am still writing a negative review.
I recently had one of the best pizzas at this restaurant. The atmosphere is nice and the waitstaff is great. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Called ahead to see if we needed to make reservations and see how busy they were. They said they were not busy and could get us in right away. We left immediately and arrived with ten minutes. When we walked in to be seated we were told the kitchen was closed. It was 7:50 and they closed at 9. Literally watched servers bring food out to tables when we were turned away.
Loved everything about this brewery ? The beer was awesome (my fav was the mango ? , the food was delicious (especially the pizza that’s coming from a New Yorker : , the brewery design itself was super cool, and the service was amazing ?
