great coffee - great food and super friendly staff. A solid mix for a country cafe. Lots of other quirky items to look at and purchase. Must stop when at Gunbower View all feedback.
Travelling to Swan Hill and pulled up on spec at this place. Sat in courtyard due to having our small mutt with us. Service was excellent as was food. Owner brought out some ham for mutt! Coffee was worth fighting for, really good. All in all, a very pleasant dining experience.

The Workshop Café was originally a garage in Gunbower & has fantastic character incorporating the history. Great Coffee & food including the scrumptious relish. Great stop over if your travelling the Murray Valley Highway.
Like the other reviews say, a pleasant surprise. Used to be a garage, hence the name. Some interesting blown up photos on the wall showing how the garage and shop used to look many years ago. Just needed a cup of tea (wife) and mug of coffee (self) both were just how we like them. I also had some carrot cake which appeared to be home made.. The lady owner was friendly and was happy to tell us a bit of the history. Prices were reasonable too. Only $10.60 all up!
This place is a pleasant surprise! I couldn't recommend this place highly enough if you need a place to stop in out that way. Great service, food and drink and the price is so reasonable! It's really a wonderful little cafe I hope it never changes.
