Burger King - Gun Barrel City

No drive-thru drama or breakfast brunch blues. We picked up our food promptly at noon. The fries didn 't make it to the house, but that 's okay. The fries are always cold when we get home anyway. This Burger King will make them fresh if you ask them to though, so that 's a plus.It 's directly in the middle of Gun Barrel, so a quick in and out if you gotta get some place fast.

They're lucky to get the one start from me. This ace is clearly bring run by in immature manager and a bunch of careless teens who have no sense of workmanship. I've had one good order from this place and this time, they forgot the main entree to my meal.. makes no sense.

If I could give a 0- I would gladly...This is the most disgusting place. I ordered in drive thru..got all the way home and they had food they must have cooked yesterday. I call to speak to the manager who says what??? I go back to the store and all 3 people were standing around on phone and so called manager had his goodies up and hands in his pockets I complained that I had to come all the way back and request actual food that a person could consume and I got no apology..no other info just sat the bag on the counter and walked off.Iwill be. Contacting the city and the health department. You should have respect for customers and serve food that is not going to cause anyone harm.. No comment no apology and didn't offer a refund..What do I need to do to get service anymore.

The lady who took my order was super nice and got my order correct. But whoever is cooking and whoever is the manager on duty allowed food to go out this way . I'd love for them to eat raw bread . Nope I just ate the patties n shrooms . Wasn't about to get sick.

We were literally the only people inside the establishment and ordered 3 meals. They got 2 of the 3 wrong.
